Poor of the Parish ofSaint Giles Cripplegate
without in the City ofLondon, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish ofSaint Martin within Ludgate
in the City of London
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate without in the City of
London, ThatCharles< no role > aged Nine Years Joseph< no role > and Seven Years, and
Mary< no role > aged four Years, the Children of the late John< no role > and Mary Saul< no role >
both deceased are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andarelikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath ofSamuel Walter< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidCharles, Joseph and Mary who have
[..] for themselves
to be in the said Parish of Saint Martin within Ludgate in
the City of London
and that hithertotheyought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaint Giles Cripplegate without in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidCharles Joseph
and Mary
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parishof
Saint Martin within Ludgate in the City of London
Andthemdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive a pro-
vide forthemaccording to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this16 Day of June One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy five
