WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Michael in Cornhill in the City of
London, That Thomas Bloodworth< no role > This name instance is in set 3803. , Ann< no role > This name instance is in set 3804. his Wife and
their four Children Elizabeth< no role > and 7 Years Ann< no role > aged 6 Years
Hannah< no role > aged 4 Years and Thomas< no role > This name instance is in set 3803. aged 2 Years are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andarelikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath ofthe said Thomas Bloodworthas otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidThomas Bloodworth, Ann his Wife
and their four Children Elizabeth, Ann, Hannah and
Thomas abovenamed
to be in the said Parish of Saint John the Evangelist in
the City of London
and that thithertothey ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaint Michael in Cornhill in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidThomas
Bloodworth Ann his Wife and their four Children Elizabeth
Ann, Hannah and Thomas abovementioned
from and out of your Said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint John the Evangelist in the City of London
Andthemdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide forthemaccording to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this27th. Day of September One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy five
