At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden
for the City of London at the Guildhall within the said City on
Monday the Twenty ninth day of may in the Fifteenth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
King of Great Britain Etc
Whereas the Church Wardens and Oversers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft London have exhibited
their Petition and Appeal to this Court setting forth that by
an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City (one being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the Thirty first day of January

who has deserted her
was removed from the Parish of Saint Catherine Coleman
in
the City aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft
as the place of her lact Legal Settlement And that the
Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said two Justices Humbly appealed against the
same wherefore at the Request the said Petitioners It is Oldered that the Benefit of the said Appeal
be saved unto them and that the hearing and determination
thereof be and the Same is hereby Adjourned unto the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said
City at the Guild hall aforesaid on Monday the Tenth day of
July next at Eight of the Clock in the Morning and that
due Notice hereof be give unto the Church Wardens and
overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Catherine
