To the right Worshipful his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the City of London in their General Sessions
of the Pearce Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Church Wardens and overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft London

Sheweth


That by on order of Pass Warrant under the Hands
[..] and Seals of two of his Majesty Justices of the Peace
for the said City (ore being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the Thirty first Day of January one Thousand Seven
Hundred and Seventy five Ann Pettit< no role > Wife of Thomas
Pettit
< no role > who has Deserted her was removed from the
Parish of Saint Katherine Coleman in the City aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft as the
Place of her last Legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore Conceiving
themselves Aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said two Justices Do Humbly
Appeal to this Court for such Relief in
the Premises as to your Worships
Shall see in meet

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
