as the place of the
last legal Settlemt. of the sd. Mary Tate wherely your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved and against the said Order
do appeal.
Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray that the Benefit of their said
appeal may be saved unto them until the
next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said City of London And that
your Worships will be pleased to appoint
some Day in the said next Sessions for
the Hearing and determining of their said
Appeal.
And Your Petitioners shall ever
