City of London
at the Guildhall
within the said City on Tuesday the
fourteenth day of February in the fefteenth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third
King of Great Burtain Etc.
Whereas The Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
Saint Sepulchre in the City of London have exhibetted their petition and
Appeal to this Court setting forth that by an Order of Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said
City of London bearing date the twenty eighth day of January 1775

were removed and
consayed from and out of the Parish of Saint James at Garlick Hith
in the said City of London to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
as the
place of their last legal settlement and that the Petitioners thinking
themselves aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant humbly
appealed against the same Wherefore at the request of the said
Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved
unto them and that the hearing and determination thereof be and
the same is hereby adjourned unto the next General Quarter Session of
the Peace tobe holden for the said City at the Guildhall af [..] said on
Monday the twenty fourth day April next at Eight of the Clock in
the Morning and that Due notice here of be given unto [..] Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint James
Garlick Hith.
