Know all Men by these Presents That I Anna Spence< no role > Wife of
Hugh Spence< no role > of London Mariner

have Remised, Released, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto Thomas Houston< no role > of
Great Saint Helens London Packer , Thomas Trundle< no role > of the same
place Gentleman and Charles Chandler< no role > of the same place Yeoman
and unto each and every of them their and each and every of their

Heirs Executors and Administrator, all and all
manner of Indictment and Indictments Action and Actions, Cause and Cause of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Mondy, Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies,
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said Thomas Houston Thomas
Trundle and Charles Chandler any or either of them

I ever had and which I myHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim, challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing-
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett myHand and Seal
the FirstDay of Decemberin the sixteenthYear
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
