Poor of the Parish ofAllhallows on London
Wall in the City ofLondon, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish ofSaint Botolph Aldersgate
without in the City of London
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof,one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Allhallows on London Wall in the City of
London, That David Tuke< no role > (a Lunatic ) Susanna< no role > his Wife and their
three Children John< no role > aged Nine Years William< no role > aged Seven Years and Thomas< no role >
aged five years which said John and William have severally gained no Settlement for [..]
arelately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andarelikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath ofthe said Susanna Tukeas otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the saidDavid Tuke, Susanna his Wife and then
three Children, John William, and Thomas abovementioned
to be in the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate without
in the City of London
and that hithertothey ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of All haflows on London Wall in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said David Tukes, Susanna
his wife and their three Children John, William and Thomas
above mentioned
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Botolph Aldengate with one in the City of London
And them deliver unot the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 3r Day of March One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy five
