Take Notice That I shall appear and Surrender
my self at the next General Sessions of the peace of Oyer
and Terminer to be held at the old Bailey in and for the
City of London on Wednesday next being the nineteenth
day of this Instant February And then and there try my
Traverse on an Indictment preferred by you against me
for perjury Dated this 15th. day of February 1772 .
