Who being upon Oath says that she lives at Islington
that on the
17th. of September 1766, Thomas Wood< no role >
lodged at her house that
he had lodged there sixteen Weeks at that time, says he then
Passed for a Change Broker
, says that at that time said Wood
was acquainted with Mr Vesteinburg, says that when said
Wood left her house he went to live in Founders Court
Lothbury, Says she has not spoke to him this three Years
nor seen him this two Years; says that on the 18th of
April when Mr Wilkes came out of Prison she saw him
in a Wiskey at Islington
with two of the Children belonging
to the Persons where he lodged viz at the last house in Founders
Court on the right hand, says at the time when said Wood
lodged with Mrs Moor, one Mr Hornpike who was Usher to Mr.
Shields
lodged in the same house, and was acquainted with
said Wood, says that said Hornpike went abroad as she
was Informed about half a Year before said Wood quitted
Mrs Moors house, and that said Wood paid for his Lodging
and took the remainder of his goods left at Mrs Moors
says that said Hornpikes wife had a Sister whose name
was Sarah and that she lived with Mrs Hudson a Widow
Lady near red Lion Street
Holborn says that about 3 Weeks
ago she saw Vestenberg that she asked him after Wood that he told her
he Expected him ever every Packet
