On the prosecution
of John Seavill< no role > for
Perjury.

Samuel Farren< no role > Clerk to Messrs. Searle and Cowper of
Castle Yard London Gentleman Sollicitors for the said
Francis Soldan< no role > Maketh Oath that he did on Saturday the
fifteenth day of this Instant February serve the said John
Seavill the prosecutor above named with a hue Copy of the
Notice hereunto annexed by delivering the same to one Mr. Lane
Who keeps a public house the Sign of the Mount in Mount
Rowe Berkley Square where this Deponent was informed
and verily believes the said John Seavill< no role > the prosecutor
abovenamed Generally uses he the said Prosecutor being
Coach man to his Excellency the Russian Embassador who lives
in David Street Beckley Square when the said Mr Lane
informed this Deponent that he knew the said John Seavill< no role >
and would be sure to deliver the same to him And this
Deponent further saith that for Greater Certainty to did on
Monday last likewise leave another Copy of the said notice
hereunto annexed at the house of the said Russian Embassador
in David Street Beckley Square aforesaid with one of the
Servants there who informed this Deponent that the said John
Seavill was Coachman there lead that he would delivere the
same to the said John Seavill< no role > And their Deponent
further saith that he did this day see Mr Corbett
of Cliffords Inn London Gentleman who (as this Deponent
believes) Acts as Attorney or Sollictor for the prosecutor
who Informed this Deponent that the Defendant need not
Produced any Witnesses for that he nor the prosecutor
Intended to proceed or Act any further therein but
That the same might be Quashed for want of Prosecution
And had also the prosecutors Authority for presenting there [..]
and of which he had Informed the Defendant Soldier
Council there as and desired him or any other Box is for as
and further the Deponent Oath the said the day see the Prosecutor seavill
Law to Consent for can behalf of the said Prosecutor
will [..] legal the Regin together said Notice
