Middlesex To wit

The Information of Thomas Hope< no role > of Harietsham
in the County of Kent Farmer taken before
me this 10th. day of July 1771

Who being upon oath says that a Brown Gelding the Property of
this Informant was feloniously stole out of some Ground belonging to this
Informant in the Parish of Harietsham aforesaid in the night
of the 29th of October last, says that a Brown Gelding now
produced and which was found in the Possession of one Thomas
Toynbee< no role > now Present is his Property and is the same Golding
which was so Stolen as aforesaid and this Informant further
says that he doth verily believe and Suspect that the said Thomas
Toynbee felonioulsy received him said Gelding knowing him
to have been Stolen
