The King aqst. Ann Beeford< no role > on an Indictment
for Perjury and agst. William Priddle< no role > for
Suborning the said Ann to Commit the sd. Perjury

William Priddle< no role > of Chancery Lane in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman one of the said Defendants and Thomas Hughes< no role > of the
same place Gentleman severally make Oath and say And first
the said William Priddle< no role > for himself saith that on the Thirteenth
day of February last to the best of his Remembrance and belief of
the time he was applied to by the other Defendant to bring an
Action for her as her Attorney against James Theakston< no role > and
Mary Gardiner< no role > in Trever for taking and possessing themselves
of the Goods and Chattels mentioned in the Indictment and for
concerting and disposing of the same to their own Use and [..]
that Occasion this Deponent either by himself on lyone of his
Clerks prepared the Affidavit for the said other Dependant to
make of her Cause of Action mentioned in the said Indictment
and caused the Bill of Middlesex therein also mentioned to
be sued out against them and thi Denment [..] further saith that
the said James Theakston< no role > was not arrested in the said Action
to this Deponents Knowledge or belief but absconded and
kept out of the Way to avoid being taken thereon as this DeponentDept.
hath heard and believes but this Deponent [..] saith but ther Dept.
saith that the said Mary Gardiner< no role > having been arrested in the
said Action he this Deponents [..] did on the last day of last Trinity
Term cause a Declaration to be delivered against her [..]
and Commision for the said Goods wherein the Plaintiff laid
her Damages to Five thousand Pounds And this Deponent
further saith that the said Mary Gardiner< no role > hath not you Pleaded
to the said Declaration to this Deponents Knowledge or Belief And
the said Action now remains depending in the said Court of
Kings Bench at Westminster undetermined And this Deponents Dept hath
