and William Payne< no role > on Surpicion of feloniously
stealing two Linen Streets, a Pair of new Shoes
& one Pair of black worcted Breeches of the Value
of Twenty Shillings the Property of the said

whom you the said Keeper are hereby required to receive and him
in your Custody safely keep
untill he shall be discharged by due Course of Law; and for
your so doing, this shall be to you, and each of you, a sufficient War-
