I shall further proceed according to the directions of the Statute in that
Case made and provided Dated this Thirteenth day of June one
thousand seven hundred and Seventy One Thos: Langley< no role > .

And Whereas the Owner of the said uninhabited House
did refuse and neglect to Name within three Weeks after such
Notice two Workmen to view the said Trimber Walls and partitions
on his or her part pursuant to the said Notice

These are therefore to Certify that we the under written
being appointed by the said Thomas Langley< no role > This name instance is in set 1626. to View the State
and condition of the said Timber Walls and partitions are
unanimously of Opinion that the said Timble Watts and
partitions are Defective and Ruinous and that the same
ought to be putted down and rebuilt forthwith agreable to the
direction of the Act of Parliament in that Case made and provided
Witness our hands this sixth day of July in the Year of
our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Seventy one
