Maketh Oath that be Tuesday Seven
[..] last he at the request of the said Defendants
enquired at the house of William Sharp< no role >
(who the said
Defendants informed this Deponent was a Material
Witness for them on their Tryalls) where the said William
was, a few day and was informed by the Woman
Servant there that the said William was a few days
before gone to Coventry
and other places in Warwickshire
but where he might be met with she could not tell and
that he would not be in Town sooner than a
fortnight And further Saith that to know whether the said
William was return'd he this Morning enquired at
the said house for the said William and was then
informed by the said Servant that he was not Come back (both
which Information this Deponent believes to be true)
