Who being upon say and first the said Margaret Oath says that last Night about 10 or 11
o' Clock she was at the Fox a Public house in Black horse Alley
Fleet Street
where there were also two Women now present who call
themselves Susannah Chandler and Mary Phenix< no role >
and Francis Pheonix< no role >
and John Bromley< no role >
, that they quarreled with her and she went
out about 11 o'Clock, that she returned into the Fox again about
42 past 11 & staid there until about one o'Clock, that during
this second time of her being there the said Persons also quarreled
with her and beat her, that when she came out of the Fox
aforesaid about one o'Clock the said said

this Informant had had a Crown of their Money and they would
have two Crown of hers upon which the said Francis Phenix< no role >
assaulted her and threw her down that while the said Francis
Phenix held her down her Pocket was tern off from her fide
containing seven Shillings an Money a Linen Handkerchief and
a small Box, that she immediately afterwards saw the said

and
that she heard one of them say (which she believes was
the said Susannah Chandler) well whack it which she
verily beleives meant that they would share the things
