the Said Gumpay Humphries attered the Said Order to the Said John
Bonnet and obtained the Said Ring & the said eight Guineas in
Money, and these Informants for themselves both say that
they do verily believe the said Gumpay Humphries< no role > did knowingly
and designedly obtain the said Ring & the said eight Guineas
in Money from the said John Bonnet< no role > with Intent to cheat
and defrand him thereof
