We whose names are hereunto Subscribed having
Veiw'd the Party wall between the Houses
Occupied by Wm Ward< no role > Oilman and the
House lately Occupied by Edwd. Woodcock< no role >
Hosier Situate on the North side of Fleet
Street (abutting on Each side on Poppins
Alley) and in the Parish of St. Brides
According to a notice given in Wrighting for
that purposeI we are of Opinion
that the Major part of the said wall is in
a Ruinous Condition & that the whole of the
Said Wall should be taken down and new built
