the above Deft Maketh Oath That
Henry Turland< no role >
is a Material Witness for this Deponent
on the above Presecution without whose Testimony this
Deponent Cannot safely make his Defence And that
he hath Caused [..] deligent search and Enquiry to be
made yesterday after the said Henry at his late place of abode
at Redriff in Surry and has in Pursuance of such
Enquiry been Informed and which he believes to be
true that the said Henry went yesterday Morning
for Saint Edmunds Bury
in the County of Suffolk
and from thence was to go to Rivers other places farr
remote from the City of London
so that he Cannot
be able to produce the said Henry as a Witness
for this Deponent as this present Session but hopes
and verily believes to shall be able to have him
as Such at the next Ensuing Session and will
Do his Utmost Endeavour for that purpose
