Fitt of Coughing, on wch Dept. examined the Wound
and found that part of the Bowells of the deced
had corne out again; that Dept then immediately
went to Mr. Martin who imediatly camereturnedwith Dept
and Dept. with sd. Mr. Martin want to the deced
and returned the Bowells again: Says he
thought the deced to be in great Danger from
the time he first attended on him; that Dept.
attended on the deced every day with Mr. Martin
till the deced died which happened on the
eighth instant: Says he expected the deced's
Death two days before he died, and [..]
verily believes his Death was interily owing
to theWoundConsaquences of the sd. Wound.

Buildings Surgeon maketh Oath & saith that one
Wednesday the 1st. inst. he being sent for by sd. Mrs.
Wright, Dept. [..] presently want there, where he
found Mr. Sayer,attending on the decedand the
deced sitting on a Chair: says he & Mr. Sayor
finding a large Quantity of the deced's Bowells to be
out Dept. & sd. Mr. Sayor enlarged the Wound and
returned them: Says from the first he took the
lase of the deced to be very dangerous; says Mr.
Sayor calling on Dept. between 12 & 1 the next
Morning he with Mr. Sayor went to the deced
when the Nurse attending the deced informed
them
and found that by a Fitt of Coughing the
deced had forced part of the Bowells out again,
which Dept. with the Assistance of sd Mr. Sayer
returned, Says he & sd. Mr. Sayer attended upon
the deced every day afterwards till he died, wch
happened on Wednesday the 8th. instant: says
he apprehends the Consequences of the sd
Woundtobe the Occasion of the Death of the
deced.
