William Latham< no role > Clark to Mr. Ellis of Craven of Building in the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex Maketh Oath that he
this Deponent did on the Twenty Eighth Day of April last past Attend
The Defendant Joseph Turner< no role > to the House of William Monck< no role > Esquire
in Cecil Street in the Strand in the Said County of Middlesex who is (as the
Said Mr. Monck and the said Defendant then in the Presence of Each
other declared) and wch this Deponent verily believes the Prosecutor in this Cause and saw him Sign the paper Writing hereunto
Annexed and this Deponent did then Subscribed his Names as a Witness
thereunto
