Justices of the Peace for the same City in their General
Quarter Sessions assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mildred in the Poultry London

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or order dated the Sixteenth day of June
1758 under the hands and Seals of the right Honourable Sir Charles
Asgill
< no role > Knight Lord Mayor of the said City and Slingsby Bethell< no role > Esquire
Two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said City of London
and Liberties thereof One being of the Quorum Hannah Edghill< no role > Wife
of John Edghill< no role > who is gone from her and their two Children Elizabeth< no role >
aged four Years and William< no role > aged about Two years were removed
and Conveyed out of the Parish of Saint Stephen in Coleman street London
to the Parish of Saint Mildred in the Poultry aforesaid

By which Warrant or Order your Petitioners Conceive
themselves Aggreived and humbly Appeal to this Court
against the same Praying such Relief in the premisses
as to this Court shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners as in Duty bound will pray
