That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands &

Liberties thereof (One being of the Quorum) bearing Date the fifth
Day of October 1758.

Parish of St. Michael Royal
London unto the Parish of St. Dionis
Backchurch
aforesaid Alledging the said Parish of St. Dionis Back-
Church to be the Place of his last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of Removal,
Do appeal to your Lordship & Workships therefrom, &
humbly Pray that the Benefit of this Appeal be saved
unto them, and the hearing and determining & thereof be
adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be Holden for this City, and that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Michael Royal
aforesaid, may then appear before you, to hear to abide
the Judgment and Determination of your Lordship & Worships
touching this Appeal
