WHEREAS Elizabeth Alexander< no role > Singlewoman
was
apprehended in the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate London
as a Rogue and Vagabond wandring abroad Lodging in the
open Air and not giving a good Account of herself
and upon Examination of the said Elizabeth Alexander< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Alexander is in the said Parish of Saint Mary
at White chapel

These are therefore to require You the said John Elthorp< no role >
to convey the said Elizabeth Alexander< no role >
to the said Parish of Saint Mary at Whitechapel
that being the firstin the next Precinct, thro' which
ought to pass, in the direct Way to the said
ofto whichto whichto be sent, and
to deliverto the Constable or other Officer, of such first
in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said
taking hs Receipt for the same. And the said
to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the saidof
there to be delivered to some Church-Warden, Chapel-Warden, or
Overseer of the Poor , to be provided for according to Law. And you
the said Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor,
are hereby required to receive the said Elizabeth Alexander< no role >
and provide for her
as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal this fifth
