To the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor and the
rest of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
City of London in General Quarter Session of the
Peace at the Guild hall in & for the sd. City assembled

The Humble Petition & appeal
of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of [..]
Burbridge in the County of Wilts

Sheweth


That by a pass Warrant or order under
she hand & seal of Sr . Joseph Hankey< no role > Knight
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City of London bearing date the 2nd. day of March
1758 Prudence Hollick< no role > was passed as a Vagrant
(with Elizth< no role > : her daughter aged one Month) from
the Parish of St. Lawrence Jewry in the City of
London to the Parish of Burbridge in the County
of Wilts as the Place of their last legal Settlemt.
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to
be aggrieved and against the said Pass Warrant
or Order do appeal
