for himself Saith that on
Saturday last a person now present who Calls himself
Wm. Daby< no role >
brought to this Informt. Shop A Purcell of Melted
Silver which the Sd. Daby offered to Sale and in Tuesday
morning the sd. Daby brought to this Informt. another
harcell of Melted Silver and this Informt. suspecting
the Sd. Silver to be Stolen questioned the said Daby how
he Came by it. And the Sd. Daby that this Informt. that
he was a Watchman
belonging to his Grave the Dake
of Bedford and that he the Sd. Daby's business in the Ashes
upon which this Prformt. desired the Daby to Call in the
Evening this Informt. telling him that he this Informt.
