for Perjury

Take notice that I will appear on Friday the Fifteenth day of
September instant at nine of the Clock in the forenoon in the Ensuing
Sessions for London which begins on Wednesday the thirteenth day
of September instant at Justice Hall in the old Bailey London and then
and there take any tryal on the said Fifteenth [..] day of September at
nine of the Clock in the forenoon as aforesaid according to not
traverse of the said Indictment to try the same at the Ensuing
Sessions according to the direction of Court last Sessions Dated
this ninth day of September 1758
