is convicted before me one of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Surry for having and using a flue or Rug
Nett [..] for catching Fish in the River Thomas Vestward of
London Bridge
having the Mosh of loss Size than two Inches and halfe
from Knot to Knot And I do adjudge him to pay and forfeit the Sum of
Twenty Shillings Given my Hand and Seal the Day and Year
aforesaid.
