Be it remembred that on this fifth day of June in the thirty
first Year of the Reign of His Majesty King George the second
John Servant< no role > the Elder Fisherman is Convicted before me one of His
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City of Surry for beading [..]
over the River Thames during the King of Flood at Sion Reach or the 17th. of May last whereby the Fish were
of indered and kept back from swiming upwards to the benefit of suck
Fishermen as dwell in the West part of the said River against the
Rules Orders and Ordinances made in pursuance of an let of
Carliameat for the Regulation of the Fishermen on the River
Thames And I do adjudge him to pay and forfeit for the [..]
the Sum of Fifty Shillings Given under my Hand and Seal
the day and Year aforesaid
