The Information of Francis Crochett< no role > of Church Lane
White Chapele Marriner taken before me this 25th.
May 1758

Who being on Oath Says, that about six years ago he was
Confined Newgate for Debt, that about that time one
William Lee< no role > als Leeworthy< no role > was in the same Goal under
Sentence of Transportation for fourteen years, and says that
he was carried from the said Goal to be Transported
accordingly, says that he saw the said William Lee< no role > als
Leeworthy about twelve Months ago at large at Gravesend
in the County of Kent and says that he then went or Board
the Mermaid Patrick Hannay< no role > Masr . Bound for Jamaica
with the said Lee als Leeworthy, and went the Voyage with
him and, says the said Lee als Leeworthy who went orBoard
the said Ship was the Identical Person that was
Transported for fourteen Years as aforesaid
