on an Indictment for Perjury.

Elizabeth Evans< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapple in the
County of Middlesex Spinster maketh Oath and Saith that she this
Deponent did on Saturday the ninth day of September instant personally
serve Daniel Sullivan< no role > the Prosecutor of the Indictment in the Cause
at his hease in Buckle Street in the said Parish known by the sign
of the half Moon and Punch Bowl with a true Copy of the
Notice annexed purporting that she the Defendt Johanna Keeling< no role >
would appear on Friday the Fifteenth day of September instant
at nine of the Clock in the Forenoon on this prsent Sessions at Justice
Hall in the Old Bayley London and then and there take her Tryal
according to the Traverse of the said Indictment
