These are to give You Notice That we intend to appeal at
the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the City
of London at Guild hall against an Order of Removal made by
the Right Honourable Marsh Dickinson< no role > Esqr Mayor of the said
City and Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the City of London bearing date the fifteenth day of December
1756. for removing Joseph Josiah Dugard< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his Wife &
their two Children James< no role > aged two Years & John< no role > Aged nine
Weeks unto the Parish of Chigwell in the County of Essex
And by which said Order the said Joseph Josiah Dugard &
Elizabeth hissaidWife & their said two Children were removed
and conveyed from the said Precinct of Whitefryars to the
said Parish of Chigwell as the Place of their last legall
Settlement Dated this Firstday of January 1757 .
