as the place of the last legal Settlemt. of the sd.

That Your Petitioners humbly Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the Premes And therefore Appeal to this
honourable Court And pray such releif in the same
as shall Seen meet
And for-as-much as Your Petitioners have not
been enabled (by reason of the Shortness of the time Since
Such removal) to give due Notice of this Appeal and
prepare themselves to have the Same Determined at this
present Session they humbly pray the benefit thereof
may not be lost And also that it may stand Adjourned
until the next Genl Quarter Session then to be heard.
