WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the
Church-Wardens andOverseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of
Precinct of White fryers

lately came to reside in their said
Parish, Precinct not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Joseph Josiah Dugard as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Joseph Josiah Dugard with Elizabeth
his Wife
and their two Children
to be in the said Parish of Chigwell
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you theChurch-Wardens andOverseers of the Poor of
the saidParish of
Precinct of White fryers
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Joseph Josiah

his Wife
and their two Children
from and out of your saidParish, precinct unto the said Parish of
Chigwell
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 15th Day of Decr. One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Fifty Six
