London.

At the General Quarter Session of the peace
holden for the City of London at the Guildhall
within the said City on Wednesday the twelfth
Day of January 1757 . and in the thirtieth
year of the Reign of King George the Second

Whereasatthe Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of Saint Andrew Holbourn in the County of Middlesex
have exhibited their petition and appeal at this present Session
setting forth that by virtue of an order under the Hands & Seals
of two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City of London
and the Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
fifteenth Day of November last Mary Everett< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
London to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the
County of Middlesex as the place of her last legal Settlemt.
whereby the said Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
Whereupon at the request of the Petitioners it is Ordered
that the benefit of their said appeal be saved unto them
and that the hearing and determination of the same be and
the same is hereby adjourned unto the twenty first [..] Day of
February now next ensuing at Eight of the Clock in the Morn [..]
