taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said Ann
Martin is in the said Parish of Trinity in
the Minories
These are therefore to require You and said John Ebthorp< no role >
to convey the said Ann Martin< no role >
to the said Parishof
Trinity in the Minories
there to be delivered to some Church-Warden, Chapel-Warden, of
Overseer of the Poor
, there to be provided for according to Law, And you
the said Church-Warden, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor,
are hereby required to receive the said Ann Martin< no role >
and provide for her
