The Information of John Mowtlow< no role >
at the three Compasses in Gravel Lane
Houndsditch London Victualler and
John Stevens< no role > Soldier in Colonel Forrests
Company in the third Regement of Foot
Gaurds Comanded by the Earl of Rothes
taken this 13th Day of April 1756 Before
me one of her Majesties Justices of the peace
in and for the City of London

And first the said John Mowtlow< no role > on his Oath saith That Charles Farrell< no role >
late a Soldier and Disbanded-from the Cold stream Regiment of Gaurds
came into his House the Eighth Instant and there called for some Liquor
along with another person unknown to this Informant by Name and there
the said Farrel made a great Disturbance Noise and Swearing on which the [..]
Informant went up to him and repremanded him and made him sit down
telling him he would have no such doeings in his House and Left him
but still the said FarrelstillContinued to Dam and made a Noise and
Curseing his Majesty on whi [..] he went up to him and desired him to be
quit but still he persisted in his ill behaviour and Damned his [..]
Present Majesty on the Throne and then Crossing himself and Claping
his Hand on his breast he declared he would shoot his Present Majesty
adding that he was in Duty bound to kill us all and that wee where all
Theives and that his Majesty was Theif and had no right to the Throne
and that he was a Roman Catholick and that he was resolved as furr as
in him Lay to shoot his present Majesty and set Charles the right Heir
upon the Throne on which he turned him out of his House but still he
