persisting to Utterr such Like Words in the street in the presence of divers
persons and makeing a great Disturbance on which this Informant sent for
Constable and charged him with the said Farrel and had him secured and
had him the next day before the silling Alderman at Guildhall whereon
he was Committed to Newgate for the said Offencer And this Informant John
Stevens
< no role > further saith That as he was comeing by the Door of the said John
Mowtlow on the said 8th Day of April he saw the said John Mowtlow< no role > Shov [..] ing the said Charles Farrell< no role >
out of his House and bedd him go about his Business on which he went up to the said
Farrel and asked him what he went by his behaviour and told him he was either
Mad or drunk upon which the said Farrel made answer and said he was
neither Mad nor drunk but was as Sober us himself and stillheContinued
to Utterr divers Blass phemous Treasonable Words such as he would blow
the whole Royall Family up for that Charles was the right Heir to the Throne
and if it was in his Power he would Distroy his Majesty and all the Royall
Family and that he was in Duty bound so to do being a Roman Catholick
which words were several times utterred by the said Charles Farrell< no role >
as he was carrying to Goal or words to the like Affect
