holden at Charles Town
in Our Province of South
Carolina
on the 15th day of October last past tried
and convicted of Murder, Vizt, the said Alexander
Michie for the Murder of

and Allen Mc Kee for the Murder of
Edwd. Beals< no role >
and had respectively Sentence of Death passed upon
them for the same, And Whereas the said Alexander
Michie, & Allen Mc Kee were repriwed by Our
Trusty & welbeloved

then Governor
of Our siad Province, until Our Royal Pleasure
should be known conceming them, And they having
been recommended unto Us as proper Objects of Our
Royal Mercy, We are graciously pleased to grant
unto them Our Free Pardon for their respective a
Crime aforesaid, Our Will & Pleasure therefore is
that you cause the said Alexander Michie & Allen
Mc Kee to be inserted in Our First & next General
Pardon, that shall come out for the Poor Convicts of
Newgate
, And for so doing this shall be your
Warrant Given at Our Court at Kensington
the
30th, day of June 1756
in the Thirtieth Year of Poor
