Principals, or Accomplices in the said Robbery And
this Deponent further Saith that there is great hopes
And this Deponent does verily believe that the said
Warrants may be Executed and this whole matter
Discovered before the next Sessions at the old Bailey
And this Deponent further Saith That by reason
the said Bills of Exchange are not yet come to hand
and by reason the said Warrants are not yet
Executed His Majesty cannot be ready to prosecute
this Suit against the prisoner with any effect at
at the present Sessions at the Old Bailey
