this Deponent further Saith That one of the said Bills of
the value of One hundred and forty two pounds Seventeen
Shillings and Three pence taken out of the said Bags in the
manner aforesaid was Exchanged with one Arnall a
Merchant in Rotterdam And that with the Money received
by the Exchange thereof several Puncheons of Braady
were bought to a Considerable Amount And that the said
Quantities of Brandy were Consigned to one John Thompson< no role >
But that the Bills of Lading of the said Brandy came to
the Hands of the said Anne Mathews< no role > the prisoner And
that she sent one of her Agents to Demand the said Goods
on Board the Ship called the Queen of Hungary in which
said Vessell they were Shipped for England as this Deponent has been informed and does verily believe And this
Deponent further Saith That he has been Informed
and does verily believe That several of the said Bills
of Exchange to the Amount of Seven hundred pounds
and upwards have been negotiated in Holland under
false and forged Indorsements And that As soon as this
Deponent knew that the prisoner Anne Mathews< no role > was
concerned therein this Deponent wrote or Spoke to
Several persons or their Agents in whose hands the said
Bills were Lodged to send the said Bills into England to
be produced against the prisoner upon this prosecution
And this Deponent further Saith that the said Bills of
Exchange are not yet come to England neither can
they be Expected till the next Holland Mail Arrives
And this Deponent is informed and does verily believe
That it will be necessary to Set forth the said Bills in
an Indictment against the prisoner And this Depont.
further Saith That several Warrants from Several of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace are now in force and
thatthere areall possible Endeavours are used to get them
Executed upon several persons Suspected either as
