Hardisty declared that He received two Bills of Loading for
four puncheens of Brandy Shipped on Board the
Ship called the Queen of Hungary from Ann Hocks< no role >

otherwise Ann Mathews< no role >

Prisonr
in Newgate
on Suspicion of robbing the
West Mail and that She desired the sd. Higginson
to carry the sd. Bills of Loading on Board the Sd.
Ship & to laste & demand the said Brandys by Virtue
thereof as her Property and that the Sd. Higginson did
accordingly And this Depont. further Saith that He
is advised & does verily believe that it will be very
material for the Crown to have this Fact appear in
Evidence upon the Tryal of the said Ann Hocks< no role >
otherwise Hawkswell otherwise Mathews at the
next Sessions at the Old Bailey
