That he worked have his Note of Hand back again And the
Bargain Should be Voud And that he would not have any
dealings with such a parcell of Villians Upon which the said
George Phillips< no role > threw down the Note of Hand and said Da [..]
your Note take it Upon which this Informant took up the
said Note and tore it in Peices expecting the Agreement would
have been Voyd Notwithstanding which the said George
Phillips has ever since detained this Informants Horses
Sadle and Bridle and Insists to keep the same And has
since made use of this Informants Horse in Rideing him
in the Markett at Smithfield in Order for Sale
