The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Strand
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of John
[..] Barber< no role > Esqr . Lord Major of the said City and Sr. Richard
Brocas Knight and Alderman two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said City and the Libertys thereof
(Quorum unus) bearing Date the Fifth Day of March
last Sarah< no role > the Daughters of Nathaniel Tallant< no role > was
removed from the Prescinct of White Fryers London to
the said Parish of St. Mary Le Strand as the Place of
her last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
Aggrieved by the Judgement of the said two
Justices Appeal to this Court agt. the same
and desire to be Relieved therein

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
