and the rest of his Majties Justices of the Peace for the
said Citty in their Generall Quarter Sessions
Assembled

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. John of Wapping in
the County of Middlx

Sheweth


That Frances< no role > the wife of Jonathan Wood< no role >
Anthony< no role > their Son an infant of the Age of Four
years and Mary< no role > their Daughter aged two years
were by Order of Pass Warrant dated the Sixteenth
day of March last under the Hands and Seals of
the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor and Sir
William Billers< no role > Knt . Two of his Majties. Justices of
the Peace for the said Citty of London (Quor Unus)
removed and Conveyed from the Parish of St.
Botolph's Bishopsgate in the Citty of London to
the said Parish of St. John of Wapping as the place
of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners humbly Conceiving
themselves Aggrieved by the said Order of
Removall humbly Appeal to this Court
against the same; and pray a day of hearing
may be Appointed this present Quarter
Sessions; And that all Persons Concerned
may be Ordered to Attend, to hear and Abide
the Judgement and determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
