WHEREAS Complaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this City, and the Liberties thereof one of them appointed by Act of Parliament (Quorum
unus)
by You the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Bottolphs Bishopgate
London, That Benjamin Wilson< no role > hath lately Intraded
himself into
your said Parish not having obtained any legal Settlement
there, and Is likely to become Chargeable thereto,
by Reason of his great poverty
unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath of the sd Benjamin Willson< no role >
that he did about Fifty years ago live with James Jacobs< no role >
in the Parish of Christ Church in Spittlefields in the
County of Middx as an Apprentice bound by Indentures
by the Space of Seven years and hath
not obtain d. and subsequent Settlement. We the said
Justices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the
Last legal Settlement of the said James Jacobs< no role >
to be
in the said Parish of Christ Church in Spittlefields
in the County of Middx and that thitherto
He ought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove and convey the said Benjamin Willson< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of Saint Bottolphs
Bishopsgate in ye City of London , to the said Parish of
Christ Church in Spittlefields in the County
of Middlesex and Him leave with
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
one of them, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for Him according to Law. Hereof sail
not, and this shall be your Warrant. Given under our
Hands and Seals the 26th Day of September Anno
Domini 172 Annoq: Regni Regis Georgij 2di
in the
year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred
thirty three.
