And this Exaiant further Saith that he this Exaiant and
the sd Wm Brown< no role > at the Same time sold to the sd Edwd
Boddenham three Silver Salts twelve Silver Trident
Forks Six Silver handled Knives one Small Silver
handled Knife thirteen Silver Spoons one larger Soop
Ladle Two Silver Scissar Cases & a Silver Hilt of a sword for which sd Severall peices
of plate and other things abovementioned together
with the sd Gold Watch the sd Boddenham said this
Exaiant the Sume of twenty four pounds And this
Exaiant further Saith that the sd Boddenham then
Complaining that he had a hard Bargaine this Exaiant
and the sd Wm Brown< no role > made a present of a Girdle
Buckle made of Bristoll Stones Set in Silver part of
the Goods Stoln from the sd Colonel Des Remaines to
the sd Edwd. Boddenham< no role > by way of a meads for such his
hard bargain as aforesd. & after haveing drank a three
Shilling Bowl of Punch with the sd Boddenhamthis
this Exaiant and the sd Brown took their leave of the sd
Boddenham & parted for that Evening, And this Exaiant
further Saith that about a Fort night afterwards this
Exaiant together with Phillis< no role > his wife lately called
Phillis Bookes went to the sd Boddenhams House aforesd.
And this Exaiant Saith that he then Offerred to the sd
Boddenham a Mourning Gold Ring with the Name
Ann Des Romaines on the Outside thereof which
the sd Boddenham then bought of this Exaiant and
gave him five Shillings for the Same after which
this Exaiant his Wife and Said Boddenham drank
an Eighteen penny Bowl of Punch & parted that night
and this Exaiant on his Oath Saith that the sd Several
peices of Plate Knives Forkes Spoons Soop Ladle
Scissar Cases Gold Watch Morning Ring & Sword Hilt &
Girdle Buckle [..] before mentioned were part of
the Goods Stolen from Colonel James Des Romaines at
aforesd And this Exaiant on his OathSaithlikewise
saith he is very Sure the sd Edwd Boddenham< no role > knew
the sd Several Goods before mentioned to be Stolen at the
time he to bought the same haveing often deall with
this Exaiant in buying Stolen Goods
