is a Materiall Witness for this
Deponent in this Cause and that he this Deponent
cannot Safely take his Tryall in this Cause without
the said Graces's Evidence And this Deponent
Joseph Barnaby< no role >
on his Oath Saith that he this
Deponent did this day go to the said Graces's
house in order to Serve the said Grace with a
Subpena to appear on the behalf of the other
Deponent Bodenham in this Cause but this
Deponent was informed by a Man Servant of
the said Graces's at his said House in Coleman
Street and verily believes it to be true that his said Master Mr. Grace is out
of Town at Cheshunt in Hertfordshire
and will not return till Monday next
upon which this Dept. left a Spa Tickett at his house
Sworne on the Eighth Day of
