The humble Peticon and appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of Spittle Fields
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the hands & Seals of
Sr. George Merttins< no role > Knt : Lord Mayor , and Sr. Edward Baker< no role > Knt : two
of his Majties: Justices of the Peace for the City of London (Quor unus) bearing
Date the 6th day of March last Martha Guidney< no role > the wife iof Edward Guidney< no role >
and their two Children (Vizt.) Joseph< no role > aged about three years, and Elizabeth< no role >
aged about one year were removed and conveyed from the Parish of St
Botolph without Bishopsgate London as the place of their last legall
Settlement

That your Peticonr. conceive themselves aggrieved by the order
and Judgment of the said two Justices, and do therefore humbly appeal
against the same praying such relief in the Premisses as to your
Worships Judgement Shall Seem just
